{"id":642,"date":"2018-01-17T11:11:38","date_gmt":"2018-01-17T10:11:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a3csif.org\/?p=642"},"modified":"2018-01-17T11:11:38","modified_gmt":"2018-01-17T10:11:38","slug":"antena-3-noticias-prosiguen-las-elecciones-sindicales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csifaudiovisual.es\/?p=642","title":{"rendered":"ANTENA 3 NOTICIAS: PROSIGUEN LAS ELECCIONES SINDICALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID DA LA RAZ\u00d3N A LOS TRABAJADORES DE ANTENA 3 NOTICIAS,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Y OBLIGA A SEGUIR CON EL PROCESO PARA ELEGIR UN COMIT\u00c9 DE EMPRESA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El martes 9 de enero recibimos el Laudo de la Comunidad de Madrid, que declara <strong><em>\u201cconforme a derecho el citado preaviso, debiendo continuar el procedimiento electoral con los tr\u00e1mites que correspondan y debiendo cumplir la empresa con su obligaci\u00f3n de colaborar en todo lo necesario para la continuidad del citado preaviso\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como ya os transmitimos, est\u00e1bamos <strong>seguros y\u00a0satisfechos con lo que hab\u00e9is y hemos realizado, convencidos de que en breve estar\u00edais votando para elegir a vuestros representantes, y as\u00ed va a ser.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El apoyo de la <\/strong><strong>estructura del sindicato CSIF y nuestros servicios jur\u00eddicos<\/strong><strong>, han sido fundamentales para <\/strong><strong>salvaguardar vuestro derecho a tener una representaci\u00f3n<\/strong><strong>, y que la impugnaci\u00f3n de la empresa a las elecciones haya sido desestimada por la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hemos requerido a la empresa, a convocar a la Mesa Electoral para dar cumplimiento al Laudo arbitral<\/strong><strong>, y fijar el calendario electoral que culminar\u00e1 con la votaci\u00f3n, de la que saldr\u00e1 <\/strong><strong>el primer Comit\u00e9 de Empresa<\/strong><strong>.
