{"id":383,"date":"2013-02-07T14:41:09","date_gmt":"2013-02-07T16:41:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a3csif.org\/?p=383"},"modified":"2013-02-07T14:41:09","modified_gmt":"2013-02-07T16:41:09","slug":"nota-informativa-42","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csifaudiovisual.es\/?p=383","title":{"rendered":"NOTA INFORMATIVA 42"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la reuni\u00f3n de ayer 6 de febrero, la empresa hizo una nueva propuesta en la que disminuye sus pretensiones respecto a la anterior:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">*10% de reducci\u00f3n salarial.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">*Congelaci\u00f3n y NO DESAPARICI\u00d3N de la antig\u00fcedad.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos los pasos que se den por las partes para llegar un acuerdo los estimamos positivos, no obstante desde CSI-F, consideramos <strong>tanto esta propuesta como la \u00faltima presentada por CC.OO. INSUFICIENTES POR NO INCLUIR LA GARANT\u00cdA EN EL EMPLEO.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">De hecho, nos reiteramos en la ABSOLUTA NECESIDAD DE GARANTIZAR EL EMPLEO POR CONVENIO, para despu\u00e9s no limitarnos a publicar y\/o denunciar en tercera persona los despidos que se producen, cuando no se contempla garantizar el empleo previamente en la negociaci\u00f3n. Criticar que se despida mucha gente en \u201cgoteo\u201d, y proponer en Convenio que no haya \u201cdespidos masivos\u201d, es cuanto menos incoherente.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Seguimos exigiendo el cumplimiento de la resoluci\u00f3n extrajudicial de los IPC, en los t\u00e9rminos que los trabajadores votaron mayoritariamente, con la aplicaci\u00f3n del pago de atrasos de forma inmediata.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aclarando desinformaciones, os podemos asegurar que si en julio no se llega a un acuerdo <strong>PERDEREMOS NUESTRO CONVENIO Y SE NOS PODR\u00c1 APLICAR EL DE T\u00c9CNICOS AUDIOVISUALES<\/strong>.
